• UV Gloss Coating - Choose optional UV Gloss Coating for front or front and back. Our in-house mailing department can inkjet addresses on both Aqueous and UV coated stock without smearing or smudging. Not all paper stocks offer a UV Gloss option. . Select specific paper stock to review on press coating standards and options.
• Aqueous Matte Coating – 14pt. C2S has a new option of Aqueous Matte Coating in addition to the already available Aqueous Gloss and UV Coating options. Aqueous Matte Coating is pen & pencil receptive and adds a luxurious look and feel to any printed piece.
• Custom Cutting - (1 Out Custom Cut - no charge), multiple number out cuts available.
• Perforations - Choose a vertical perforation option on some sizes.
• Scoring - Horizontal or vertical score options available on some sizes.
• Round Cornering -Choose to have all 4 corners rounded.
• Drilling - Choose from either a (1/4") 1 hole drill, 3 hole drill (standard 3 ring binder) or 5 hole automotive catalog rack style drill option. Easily turn a postcard into a product tag, shelf hanger or catalog insert.
• Shrink Wrapping - Shrink wrap in 25, 50 or 100 piece bundles for easily measured distribution, moisture protection and protection from dog eared corners while in storage, briefcases, car trunks or when mailed.
• Mailing Lists & Services - You may now purchase a customized mailing list targeting business and/or residential prospects, new homeowners, new movers, etc. all online! Choose from a large selection of demographic selects to target the right buying prospects and maximize the success of your mailing campaign. You can also upload your own mailing list; or re-use a previously purchased or updated mailing list quickly and easily during the online print order process. SUBMISSION OF ARTWORK OR GRAPHICS
Please refer to the available print product templates provided below for specific guidelines for most of the online print products we offer. Using these templates, which match our exact print specifications, will help ensure a much better quality finished print product. Important Art Submission Details
All files must be submitted as a PDF in CMYK format, except for 1 and 2 color letterhead and envelopes. Any files not submitted in CMYK format may color shift when processed. We will not be held responsible for any color shifts that occur in conversions from RGB to CMYK or PMS (Pantone Colors) to CMYK color modes. 


A minimum resolution of 275 DPI is required for all raster art and images. Artwork, designs and images submitted with a lower resolution than 275 DPI may not print as sharp and clean as desired. We are not responsible for images printed fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to customer provided artwork or for any color shift in converted photographs (RGB images) with black, near black or gray tones. Color shifts from a perceived black or gray must be addressed prior to file submission. Proofs do not guarantee black, near black or gray final output. 


We strongly suggest that all items except for background images be at least 1/8" from the trim line. Text or graphics falling closer than 1/8" to the trim line may be cut off. 


If customer supplied artwork requires technical or design re-work, additional charges will apply. If you elect to fix the files yourself to avoid these charges, our template(s) must be used to re-submit the file(s). 


Note: Both PDF and Hard Copy proofs are generated within 24 hours of the time and date of art file online upload submission for all "print ready" art files submitted. Weekends and Holidays are not considered part of the 24 hour proof turnaround time period.
